Since I was a kid, sports have been a big part of my life. They allowed me to be in a competitive setting but, more importantly, helped build camaraderie & culture with my team. When I finished my last collegiate lacrosse game, I wanted to find something to replace all the practices, and workouts, but it could still push me as an athlete. My friend invited me to try CrossFit, and the rest was history. I quickly became addicted to the culture CrossFit provided. After coaching lacrosse for a few years and the support from the Head Coach at my gym, I decided to get my L1 in 2021. Since then, I’ve been able to help so many people with their CrossFit journey, and I enjoy watching people achieve their goals. I moved to Arizona at the beginning of 2022 and joined Octane a few months later. Octane provided everything I was looking for in a gym, and I quickly knew it was a coaching staff I wanted to be a part of. I began coaching towards the end of 2022.
