    Come in and chat with our staff about your goals and what schedule will work best for you. Ask questions and get comfortable with the facilities and programming.

    Meet our coaches and get started with our Fundamentals class to become familiar with the movements you'll see in CrossFit class. We'll teach you how to jump, squat, pull and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury. Don't worry if you need extra time here. Everyone has their own pace.

    Get into a rhythm with Fundamentals, and start coming in to CrossFit classes as you feel comfortable. Show up early, ask questions, hang out after class and get to know people. Our community means the world to us and we want you to be a part of it.

    You might be feeling a little sore, but that's a good thing. Your body is adapting to your new level of fitness. Just one month of consistent effort and you'll start feeling a difference. We'll check in with your goals and keep you accountable.

    After two months of steady work, you will have learned to do things that you never thought you could. You will be stronger, faster, and more athletic than you were before. You'll be motivated to keep going and see what else you can achieve.
