An intro program that works

Our Fundamentals program helps people who are newer to CrossFit or would like a refresher on foundational movements frequently found in workouts. Movements we cover include:

  • Gymnastics
  • Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting
  • Monostructural movements (cardio and endurance)

We focus on 1-3 specific movements per class spending time on technique and body mechanics, then practicing the movements in a workout. If you are brand new to CrossFit, you should feel fully comfortable jumping into a regular CrossFit class after 3 weeks, if not sooner. Fundamentals is offered twice a week:

  • Thursdays at 6:15pm
  • Saturdays at 8:00am
